- The membership is free of charge.
- By being a member of the RISE REWARDS Loyalty Program, you will earn points that qualify you for different tiers, allowing you to enjoy exclusive offers, services, events, and more. Your membership provides a tailor-made experience with OCHRE AND BLACK PRIVATE LIMITED brands, including personalized offers and recommendations delivered via email, SMS, WhatsApp messaging, or your social media feed when applicable. As a member, you can also access your purchase history in your membership account ("My Account") from your online profile. Your membership is personal, non-transferable, and subject to these Terms and Conditions, along with any other rules, regulations, policies, and procedures adopted by OCHRE AND BLACK PRIVATE LIMITED. By participating in offers, rewards, making purchases, and receiving communication from us, you agree to these terms. We allow only one membership per person.
- Each point earned is worth ₹1.
- Points can be earned or redeemed at stores or online at www.andindia.com & www.globaldesi.in (all brands under the entity Ochre and Black Pvt., Ltd.), including brands like AND, Global Desi & AND Global Desi stores.
- All you need to do to retain/upgrade your current tier is shop at the store or online. The amount you spend* in the last 12 months will determine your tier status:
- If you do not meet the tier retention criteria at the end of 12 months, you will be moved to the previous lower tier.
- *Applicable on purchase of non-discounted products & bills. *It is mandatory to register using a mobile number.

- Update your date of birth in your profile at least 30 days in advance and make a transaction involving a non-discounted apparel product.
- OTP will be sent to the registered membership number.
- You will receive communication via SMS, WhatsApp, or email containing your unique treat coupon code.
- This communication is sent 14 days prior to your membership anniversary date.
- The coupon will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- Your mobile number should be updated in our system.
- Yes, birthday and membership anniversary & Joining treat coupons can be redeemed in the same month or on the same day, but not on a single bill. One coupon can only be redeemed on one single bill, in-store or online.
- If the coupon has been redeemed, it will not be reissued in the event of a return or exchange.
- Coupon is applicable only on apparels categories (Discounted & Non-discounted apparels).
- Yes, loyalty points can be redeemed along with Birthday/Membership Anniversary/ Joining treats.
- You can redeem your birthday/membership anniversary/joining treat coupons/points on apparel only. It is not applicable to non-apparel categories like jewellery, accessories, and fragrance.
- You can redeem your preview coupon on discounted apparels only, along with any points you may have.
- The other code applies to non-discounted apparels only, along with any points you may have.
- Yes, You can redeem your points on apparels only. Non apparel products are not eligible for point redemption.
- You can redeem your points on apparels only.
